Ranveer will be playing a cop in Rohit Shetty’s ‘Simmba’ and the director wants him to be the best in shape. The film is the Hindi remake of the Telegu film, ‘Temper’ and was reported to go on the floors by June 7 in Hyderabad. The multi-starrer project also features Sonu Sood, Suresh Oberoi, and Naushaad Abbas in pivotal roles. The film, produced by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions is also the debut collaboration between Rohit Shetty and KJo. Sara’s debut was earlier reported to be ‘Kedarnath’ alongside Sushant Singh Rajput. However, Abhishek Kapoor’s film is currently facing certain issues regarding the rights and the matter is yet to resolve. The much-awaited film will hit the screens on December 28, 2018. The film has already been in the news ever since the project was announced given that reports went afloat that both Sara and Janhvi Kapoor were being shortlisted for the part, however, Sara earned given the ultimate win.
