Toy Fair: Marvel Legends Lady Thor & A-Force Figures Revealed! – Marvel Toy News: I’ve been up since 5AM this morning getting ready for Toy Fair and my brain is running on empty, but I just had to stay up a few minutes longer so I could make a quick post about some of this year’s upcoming Marvel Legends figures that collectors are gonna wild over. I’ve been predicting for the past year-plus that the Marvel Legends Lady Thor figure would debut in the Marvel Legends Thor Ragnarok series in Fall 2017, and it’s good to be proven right! But what else is good…? How about this exclusive Marvel Legends A-Force figures box set?!

My botty best at summarizing from Wikipedia: this line is in the 6-inch scale, with spin-off lines in the 4-inch (100 mm), 8-inch (200 mm) and 12-inch (300 mm ) scale . the line initially began as production on the Marvel Legends line slowed down to the point where it was rumored that it may be cancelled . the line would be making a comeback in 2012 due to fan requests and upcoming movies . a Marvel Legends Flatman “figure” was included as a joke cut-out in the GLX-Mas Special (2005) . each figure in the series was packaged with a piece of a larger Hasbro’s new molds mostly eliminated finger joints, a mainstay of the Toy Biz era, and the comic book pack-ins . all the figures in the Terrax and Arnim Zola waves each figure came with a display base, just like in the early series of Marvel Legends . however, some of the figures in the line are indeed new . planned, though not released were an alternate version of Cy it was a collaboration between Upper Deck Entertainment and Toy Biz. Originally known as Marvel Superhero Showdown. the figures were produced by Hasbro and feature multiple points of articulation.
